• When A client receives a product and delivery is complete, he/she has 7 days to exchange size and inform the customer service team about any defect and blemish on the item.
• The Faulty item must be returned to FIT BANGLADESH OFFICE within 7 days of delivery. Upon consideration by our team we will inform the customer about the product and if any request of size exchange, damage product and return is applicable.
• Customer will only have to make sure that the product is unused and its original invoice, condition, tags, and packaging are carefully preserved.
• In any case no money shall be returned to the customer. If he/she receives a faulty or damaged item from FIT BANGLADESH it shall be forwarded to Online credit where they will be able to choose a similar product in the same price range.
• If the quality of the product is compromised or discoloration happens within 7 days of delivery, the customer must notify the Customer Service team.
• Any Exchange or Return issue must be solved under 10 days duration from the date of delivery. After that time period, none party would be able to place any request for exchange or return.
1. Delivered Product is damaged / defective.
2. Delivered product is incomplete (i.e. has missing items and/or accessories).
3. Delivered product is not as advertised (i.e. does not match product description or picture).
4. Delivered product does not fit.
5. Delivered product is incorrect (i.e. wrong product/size/color, fake/counterfeit item)
